Installation takes only couple of minutes, but your store setup actually depends on how many products you have. Basically, a typical store with approximately 100 products can be set in couple of hours, as creating a product takes only a minute, once you are familiar with it.
No, it is not required, but we recommend it.
Our software is an offline application, meaning it works without internet connection, unless you are using modules that are directly dependent on internet based applications.
However, we recommend internet connection to make sure you have the latest version installed, but, if internet connection is not available, you can always transfer updates to your POS on a flash drive, once downloaded from a location with internet connection.
Although our software is user-friendly and intuitive, we will plan a training session with you to demonstrate how to use it with video lessons.
Technical assistance will then be offered as needed, depending on the urgency.
